Artists

Artist 1. Jennifer Raven

Jennifer has been doing leatherwork, woodwork and Jewelry creation since her early teens. With over 26 years experience, she has an eye for detail and a flair for creating exactly what people want.

She's been in the pirating community since 2009 and her motto concerning pirate gear is: " If I can't use it and abuse it as a true pirate would, then it's not worth my time or money".  Her gear is made to be used, worn, dropped, exposed to weather and is worthy of being on a ship. :) With proper care, her gear will last you a lifetime.

She also has a delicate hand when it comes to hand painting and hand carving, or to her jewelry work. She  loves a challenge  and loves to design and create beautful things. Pictured beside her  is her beloved soul mate, Buccaneer Rick, her source of inspiration, since he rips through gear like a kid rips through candy.

Artist 2. Scott Williams

Scott is the youngest member of our artisan community and one of the brightest, most talented young artists we've seen to date! Scott started making  and designing jewelry at the age of 15, started doing tattoos at the age of 20 and has progressed into leatherwork by 23.  He has an out-of-the-box view on leatherwork and jewelry design that results in some of the most unique styles we've seen to date!  Scott joined the pirate community in 2013 and has been progressively impressing us with his eye for pirate gear, Renaissance gear and Western gear. He is constantly seeking new challenges in his artisanship and is extremely detail oriented in his work.  He has a flair for the dramatic and  joins styles to make unique and utilitarian designs people love and appreciate.

Artist 3. Christine McArdle

Christine has also been making jewelry and clothing since she was in her very early years. Her older sister is Jennifer, who taught her how to make dreamcatchers, jewelry and such when she was just eight. She has taken the proverbial reins and has run wild with them, designing some of the most beautiful jewelry, clothing and dreamcatchers of her time.  A mother of three, she still finds time to make, and her contributions to this  community are priceless.  She loves purple :)

Artist 4. Daphne Schobert

Daphne is the newest member of our artisan team.

Self proclaimed "glassketeer", she can take any image, real or in your head, and etch that right into any kind of glass.  She is also a maker of clothing, pirate, renaissance, whatever.. Daphne has been in the pirating community since Blackbeard's time and is probably immortal, we never thought to ask.

Anything you want made, she can make it. Guaranteed. She's a freaking goddess.
